1a Made to Wear Garments

Made to Wear Garments are in stock. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to clause 1b. Please fill out the form below to request returns instructions.

1b Made to Order Garments

If the garment is out of stock it can be Made to Order. Made to Order garments cannot be returned, subject to Clause 6. Made to Order garments take 6 weeks to make + standard delivery times apply.

2. Condition of Items Accepted for Returns

Any returned items must be:

  • in their original packaging
  • with ALL tags attached
  • unworn
  • unmarked
  • unodoured
  • unaltered

You will be asked to provide images of the garment with all tags attached prior to sending them back. No returns will be offered should the garment be missing tags, have marks, appear worn, have odours or altered.

3. Posting Your Return

  • Notify us of a return as per Clause 1
  • The goods must be posted back within 14 days of receiving them subject to Clause 1 & Clause 2.
  • Please note: any postage costs, import duties incurred to return the items to Artefact London is customer's responsibility.
  • The orders must be sent back fully insured with a tracking number.
  • Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm your parcel has been received and will process a refund within 2 working days.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.
  • No refunds will be offered until the parcel has reached us and is subject to Clause 1 & 2.
  • Artefact London is not liable to refund any import taxes & duties as we do not collect them.

4. Duties and Taxes

From 1st January 2021, orders from UK can be subject to Import duties & Taxes depending on destination.

  • All such charges are customer's responsibility.
  • Taxes & Duties are levied once your package reaches your country.
  • Artefact London does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
  • If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs and be delivered to you. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
  • Artefact London is not liable to refund any such taxes & duties in case of a returned item.

5. Exchanges

  • Should you wish to exchange your order for another item please request a refund following instructions in Clause 3.
  • Place a new order for your preferred product.

6. Damaged or Faulty Product

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch.

Should there be a fault in the garment please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order on [email protected] stating your order number and including images of the faulty garment.
We will do our very best to offer a replacement of the product or issue a full refund including postage fees.

  • Please note, you will have to return the item before the replacement is sent out/refund is processed.
  • Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm your parcel has been received by us and will resent a replacement or process a refund within 2 working days.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

7. Payments

  • We accept the following methods of payment; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Google Pay and Apply Pay.
  • Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer have been authorised.
  • Any information that you submit on authentication screens is securely passed to your card issuing bank, no information is captured, stored or viewed on any Artefact London systems.
  • All total prices for goods at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items.
  • For international deliveries (outside the UK), customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax & duties treatment.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
  • Artefact London does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

8. Delivery Timelines

Your order is processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
Once your order is processed, you will receive shipment confirmation & tracking number within 24-48 hours.
  • UK orders take 2-3 working days to arrive.
  • EU destinations take 3-5 working days.
  • All other international destinations can take between 5-10 days to arrive.
Please note, there may be delays due to Coronavirus and peak times such as Christmas and Black Friday.
Artefact London has no control over postage; does not guarantee delivery timelines; is not liable for posting delays.

How can I track my order?

All orders are sent with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be shared with you within 24-48 hours.

I haven’t received my order

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days after receiving your shipment confirmation email, please get in touch directly with the courier using your tracking number.
